Sorry for the lack of substantial updates lately. I’ve started on two reviews, but haven’t had the time to sit down and check over either of them, nor to get pictures for them. I’m similarly a little behind in my database updates. It’s mainly because of this July 4th weekend, which is nice time off for a lot of people, but is 4 10 hour days in a row for me. I’ll have some time off on Monday and Tuesday, so I’ll probably play a little catch-up.
For now, I’ve updated the Links Page for you guys – there are some pretty awesome resources in there, so hopefully that will meet your comic needs. If you have any sites that you think should be shared, let me know and I’ll add them if I enjoy em!
Even though I don’t have too much time, I’ll try to do a little on the site every day – those little tweaks and improvements add up over time!

I know what you mean about starting reviews. I’ve got quite a few that I’ve started and haven’t finished, but I know there’ll come a point when I’m able to take a few hours and polish off a handful in one day. I read trades the same way, actually…it always seems like I haven’t finished reading anything in a few days, and then all of a sudden I’ll finish three different books in half an afternoon. It’s extremely rare that I read a whole book in one sitting, so I’m pretty envious of people who can.

I can with modern trades, but not with archives or showcase editions. It seems to have to do with stories – if the whole book is one story arc, I can read it super quick and always try and read them in a sitting if I have time.
If it’s a showcase where every 8-14 pages is a complete story, I feel ready to get up and back to work after one or maybe two of those.. which means the trade takes a lot longer unless I’m really procrastinating (or looking to get through the book so I can review it.)
